Perch Pals is a small Canadian business that has been designing and making bird-safe toys for companion Parrots for more than 25 years. We value our retail partners and want our wholesale policies to be simple, fair, and easy to understand.
Minimum Opening Order
Our minimum opening wholesale order is $300.
There is no minimum quantity required per item, allowing you to choose a selection of toys and products that best suits your customers.
Payment
We currently accept payment by:
- Cheque
- Cash
- Interac e-Transfer
Orders must be paid in full before they are shipped unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of $800 or more within Canada. We do not ship out of Canada.
Orders under $800 will be charged applicable shipping costs.
Free shipping applies to standard shipping and may exclude unusually large or oversized shipments or destinations where additional freight charges apply, such as the Maritimes and Territories. We will contact you before shipping if additional charges are necessary.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final and returns are not accepted.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item has been damaged during shipping or there is an error with your order, please contact us promptly so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Online Marketplace Sales
Perch Pals products are intended to be sold through approved retailers and their own retail websites.
Perch Pals products may not be listed or sold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms.
This policy helps us protect the Perch Pals brand and support the independent retailers who carry our products.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our products are handmade, we begin preparing orders as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us promptly. Once an order has entered production or been prepared for shipping, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
